Lydia Between Two Worlds
This is an exciting story which takes Lydia in a quantum leap from present time California to 1800's London. She is running from her step-father who is trying to kill her. A nice wealthy rancher in Reno, Nevada takes her in and helps her hide from her father. She visits an antique store where she buys jelly in an antique jar, and the store owner tells her that the rumor is that the lady who made the jelly back in the 1800's was considered a witch. Lydia doesn't really believe him, but nevertheless, buys the jar and leaves. Later while hungry and broken down on the roadside, she eats the jelly and ends up in London.
